1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and alpa66 ("Platform", "we", "the company"). By accessing, registering, or using any service provided by alpa66 — including the website, mobile app, and all related platforms — you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the alpa66 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Account Eligibility

To register and use alpa66 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• At least 18 years old or any minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not declared bankrupt or subject to any form of insolvency proceedings.
• Not located in a region or country that legally restricts or prohibits online wagering activities.
• Not registered in any gambling platform self-exclusion program.

Alpa66 reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification checks at any time. Users who fail to complete the KYC process within the specified period will face temporary restrictions on deposit and withdrawal functions until verification is complete.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active alpa66 account. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email address, IP address, or device is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts detected will be terminated and any balance may be forfeited.

When registering an account, you agree to:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete personal information — including your full name, phone number, and a valid email address.
• Updating your account information promptly whenever any changes occur.
• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing access with any other party.
• Notify alpa66 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.

Alpa66 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's own negligence in maintaining the security of their account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Alpa66 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited for Malaysian users, including interbank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, DuitNow QR, and USDT. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is RM20 or equivalent in a supported currency.
• Deposits are generally processed within 5–15 minutes. Any delays beyond alpa66's control (e.g., banking system disruptions) are not the platform's responsibility.
• You may only deposit funds from a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM50 for all methods.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 hours upon completion of KYC verification.
• Withdrawals must be made to a verified account in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed.
• Alpa66 reserves the right to request additional documents to verify identity before approving withdrawals that exceed a certain threshold.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

Alpa66 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members from time to time. Each offer is subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside the relevant promotion, including but not limited to wagering requirements (rollover), validity period, and maximum bet limits.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the promotional terms.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts or wagering strategies deemed as arbitrage — will result in bonus cancellation and possible account suspension.
• Alpa66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash unless the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Alpa66 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if a promotion is suspected to have been abused.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the alpa66 platform are subject to the respective game rules available for review within each game category. Generally, the following rules apply across all betting types:

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Alpa66 reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error, incorrectly displayed odds (manifest error), or any unusual circumstances that affect the fairness of a bet.
• Bets placed after an event has started will be automatically voided unless permitted under live betting markets.
• Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities on the platform for an unfair advantage — including odds arbitrage, duplicate accounts, or coordination with other members — is considered fraud and subject to account suspension.
• All games using an RNG (Random Number Generator) have been audited by an accredited independent body to ensure fairness and true randomness.

For sports, official results recognised by the relevant sports governing body will be used to determine betting outcomes. In the event of a dispute, alpa66's decision is final.

7 Prohibited User Conduct

The alpa66 platform is intended for lawful and responsible entertainment. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination:

• Registering or using more than one account simultaneously or consecutively.
• Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to access your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to access or operate the platform.
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate game outcomes or the wagering system.
• Launching any cyber attack, including hacking attempts, DDoS attacks, or malicious code injection.
• Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the alpa66 platform to others.

8 Account Suspension, Restriction & Termination

Alpa66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user's account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the specified timeframe.
• User request to voluntarily close their account.
• Compliance with legal requirements or directives from regulatory authorities.

If your account is suspended due to suspected fraud, any balance in the account may be frozen while the investigation is ongoing. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the balance will be returned. If fraud is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the alpa66 support team at any time. Account closure does not affect your right to withdraw any valid balance remaining in your account.

9 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

Alpa66 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. While we make every effort to keep the platform running without interruption, alpa66 is not liable for:

• Losses or damages arising from technical disruptions, system failures, or Internet outages beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Any betting outcome that occurs during an unavoidable system disruption.
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform.

Under all circumstances, the maximum total liability of alpa66 to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the date the claim arises.

10 Terms and Conditions Amendment

Alpa66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our discretion. Material changes will be communicated to users via an in-platform notice or email at least 7 days before taking effect, except in situations requiring immediate changes for legal or security reasons.

It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always informed of the applicable terms. The "Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent amendment made.
